Uncharted Alaska Distillery is the brainchild of three former public safety officers who, captivated by the allure of the unknown, embarked on a new adventure they couldn’t resist. Our name, “”Uncharted Alaska,”” reflects the very essence of our founders’ experiences – exploring uncharted territories, facing the unexpected, and thriving in the wilderness. The spirit of adventure and a relentless pursuit of excellence are at the core of everything they do. With quite a diverse selection, from Agave Spirit to Whiskey, to Vodka and Gin, while also using or infusing local ingredients, Uncharted is always making new spirits.

Located in a retired fire hall, this distillery is the Southern most distillery in Alaska, and will most likely be the first or last stop on your trail. While you are here check out their winery down the street as well.
